ABOUT ME
I am a bilingual leadership and organisational development consultant. My areas of expertise include leadership strategy, team development, workshop facilitation, coaching, and change management. My corporate career began as a leadership consultant with DDI, designing and delivering leadership assessment, development, and succession solutions. I then transitioned to in-house roles within financial services, first as a leadership development specialist and more recently as a senior people development consultant.
I was born in a port city in northwest Spain but have spent my entire adult life living abroad, in places such as Hong Kong, Utrecht, London, LA, San Francisco, and Pittsburgh. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Scripps College and subsequently completed an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King’s College London. I hold an MPhil in Organisational Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, funded by a LaCaixa scholarship, and I'm currently an MRes/PhD researcher at the UCL School of Management in the Strategy and Entrepreneurship group. My undergraduate and graduate research work has been published in the Journals of Gerontology and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.
I am a practitioner in the Insight meditation tradition and a passionate (but not necessarily skilled) surfer. I am inspired by the writings of Deborah Levy, Jeanette Winterson, and Tara Westover.
